Case Example - Fully automated handling and docking for contained transfer.

This latest video illustrates a ChargePoint valve integrated into a PAL Pharma Hoist with Squeeze Cone feature for the fully automated handling, docking and contained transfer of product from a drum into the process vessel.

The valve installation features a compensator to absorb the docking forces from the hoist thus protecting the process equipment below. Proximity sensors are integrated into the hoist control system to indicate successful valve docking, locking, open and close for a smooth and safe operation.
