“I have been fortunate enough to work in education for twenty years. The way I deliver my lessons since taking this course has changed dramatically. Teaching structured, cumulative, and multisensory lessons suits all learners and when combined with metacognition the learners become independent, building confidence. I found exercise 5 extremely enjoyable. Would I have adapted my current practices without completing this exercise? Possibly not. But now I have many exciting ideas to share with colleagues and of course my learners.”

“This is my third unit after completing DACPD51 and DACPD52 which I enjoyed and learned lots of new and useful information. I am a secondary teacher (English) and originally started these units as a way out of teaching, however since I have been studying this unit I have been able to make some break-throughs with some students and I am finding I am better able to meet their needs (some of which they didn’t even realise they had themselves!) and as such we have a much better working relationship.”
